- 40 - 50 lbs. Ground Beef in one pound packages.
- 10 - `14 Steaks. Ribeye, T-Bone, New York, Sirloin, Round Steak.
- 6 - 8 Roast. Either Chuck Roast, Round Roast, Sirloin Roast, Tri-Tip, Brisket
- 6 - 10 lbs. Beef Short Ribs
- 2 - 6 lbs. Stew Meat
**Cuts may be substituted with a cut of similar value.

Freezer Space: This 1/4 beef will require 3 - 4 cubic ft. in a freezer.
