IS YOUR BEEF GRASS - FED & GRASS - FINISHED?  

Yes! Our cattle consume grass throughout their entire lives until they are processed. During the year we rotate the cattle pasture to pasture so they stay on fresh grass and fresh water. 

SHIPPING - HOW DOES IT WORK? 

All shipments will be sent out the following Monday or Tuesday after you place your order. You should receive your order within 2-3 days after it is shipped. We will inform you when it is shipped and when you should receive it. 

WHERE DO YOU SHIP? 

We ship everywhere in the United States.

HOW DOES MY MEAT ARRIVE? 

Frozen in boxes. It is important that you immediately place meat in freezer!  

HOW LONG DO YOU DRY-AGE YOUR BEEF?

Our beef dry-ages between 14-21 days. This helps to maximize flavor and tenderness of the meat.

HOW DO I ORDER?

HOW MUCH FREEZER SPACE DO I NEED? 

• 1/8 Beef: Requires 1.5 - 2 cubic ft. (Will fit in regular freezer.)
• 1/4 Beef: Requires 3 - 4 cubic ft. (Will fit in regular freezer.)
• 1/2 Beef: Requires 6 - 8 cubic ft.
• Whole Beef: Requires 13 - 14 cubic ft.
